RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You have 14 days from the arrival date of your package to return your purchase for a full refund. In order for the customer service to accept the return, the product(s) must be returned in full condition in its original packing, undamaged with its labels attached, not worn, accompanied with all of its accessories.
Please note that we will only accept returns via our shipping portal link as we must always have a tracking number for the parcel to be insured. Any returns proceeded differently, will not be taken into consideration (no refund).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Azzura the label is not responsible for items lost during shipping, and cannot process your return until the item is received.
